Camp fees are due at the time of registration.
Prices are $300 per child per week.
Parents/guardians must complete this waiver form on or before the day camp.
Check-in: 8:30 A.M. - Check-out: 2:30 P.M.
No one will be at the studio after 9am, you will have to take your child to Bay Harbor Park, in case you arrive after 9am.
Please send lunch and a thermos bottle from home.
Kosher Snacks, water, and juice will be provided by LDS.
Please keep your children home in case they feel sick.
- CHARGES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
  - Camp fees are due at the time of registration.
  - Only 50% of the camp fee can be refunded if requested 2 weeks prior to the day of the camp.

The parent/guardian of the participant, agree and understand that my child is participating in the 2024 Summer Camp offered by Le Pointe Dance Studio, and I am aware that camp has some inherent risks and injury can occur. On rare occasions these injuries can be serious. In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in the 2024 Le’ Pointe Dance Studio’s Camp, The parent/guardian assume the risk of all injury and agree not to sue Le’ Pointe Dane Studio, Camp Directors, Coaches or Volunteers for any or all injuries caused by or resulting from participating in the Le’ Pointe Dance Studio Camp.
